Ersan Glass Machinery periodically holds information training sessions on equipment pre-installation and updating. Each session is held in our headquarters by our expert trainers.

SETUP 

The machine installation is done by our experienced and trained technical experts and the installation process is ended by giving all the necessary training to the machine operators. This process is complete with the installation document. Customer satisfaction is a priority for our company.

WARRANTY 

Ersan Glass Machinery CE certificated machines are manufactured in accordance with European standards, machinery installation and warranty for a period of 2 years from the first run.

Other than warranty: ERSAN Glass Machinery accepts no responsibility for electrical and voltage differences, misuse and damage caused by third parties.
